Ok,so like a lot of people,black white latino,i've been watching the news of people celebrating the life,and accomplishments that Dr King made in his life.

My question is this to everyone

What is it going to take for us in canada to demand that the canadian government pass a bill to have a M.L.K day across canada?

Should this be a national holiday in canada to celebrate this great man?

Or will it take a petition drive to make this happen?

Or would this be looked down upon because this great man was from the united states of america?

Maybe we should start our own drive to take advantage of the life of Dr. King. We really don't need to wait for the Canadian government to do it.

Without a doubt, i'm on board with the idea,but i've been writing down different media outlets to contact,but i've been really wondering if they would even want to give this one minute of exposure in canada
