Ok,so by now we've all heard about and seen the increase in our monthly bills for using water in this city,last night i was watching A Channel,and i saw a piece about a gentleman who is starting a petition to challenge the rate increase.

So now i figured what better way for as many people to know about this then to put the info on embassy.
