If you didn't already know, the MicLordz & Sauce Funky won their first round of the 89x battle of the bands. Once again we are going to need all your help and support for round 2 which begins this Friday May 16th at 12:00 noon. Remember you can vote once every day per computer so if you are around several computers a day please take the 2 seconds to vote for us, the help is truly appreciated.

Next, the official battle takes place on May 22nd at TNT's in Clinton Township, Michigan. We are thinking about getting a bus to bring everyone over, so you can drink and not worry about driving back. If you'd like to be on this bus let us know immediately with how many people you will be bringing. There are only 50 seats available, so please act quick.

If we win this battle we will be moving on to the finals, where we could win $10,000 and a 5 song cd recording. So we need people there to help convince the judges that we are the best band in the competition.

Speaking of recordings, we are extremely excited to announce that our new album titled 'Sunset Ammunition' is just about ready for release. We're done the recording and mixes. It has been sent off to be mastered, and the artwork will be finalized Monday of this week. When those two steps are done it will be sent out to be put together with all the art and cd wraping and all that good stuff. Sunset Ammunition will be available at this years Lasalle Strawberry Festival on June 7th at Gilmaure Park. If you want to buy it before it's in stores, that'll be your chance.

We haven't decided when or where we'll be doing our hometown cd release party yet, but expect a date and venue to surface sometime soon.

We're currently in the early stages of booking a Sunset Ammunition Summer/Fall tour. So all fans in other cities, expect to see us real soon.
